Our mission is to improve access to high-quality, evidence-based telehealth and in-home healthcare for residents of North Carolina. Through timely, compassionate, and safe care, we support long-term health outcomes with a special focus on On-demand services and weight management.
All appointments are conducted 100% online or over the phone, with no in-office visits available. You will receive a call at your designated appointment time from our provider. We look forward to connecting with you!
Services
** Please note: If additional time is needed beyond your scheduled visit, it will be billed in 15-minute increments at $25. This is only available if there are not pending appointments after your appointment. House call services are available to eligible patients within a 45-minute radius of Waynesville, NC.
